Hawks Have Strong Showing At Mayville XC Quad

Cass City took to Mayville on Tuesday to run in a quad meet at Mayville against the host team, North Branch and Vassar. The Lady Hawk runners came out victorious against all opponents taking home the trophy with Riley Copeland being the top runner posting a 23:06.74. The boys finished a close third place behind winner North Branch and runner-up Mayville. Nick McArdle paced the boys field with a time of 17:12.17 to claim the top spot for the Hawks. Coach Zdrojewski's crew will look to continue the success next Saturday, September 12 when they participate in the Bad Axe Invitational.
